Chef de Partie – Italian Restaurant

Bolton area

£14.50 per hour DOE + Tips

Full-time | 5 days over 7 | No late nights

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a well-established, family-owned Italian restaurant in the Bolton area.

This is a great opportunity to join a respected local business where fresh food, traditional Italian values and a friendly team are at the heart of what they do.

And importantly — no late nights! The restaurant closes at 8pm, with shifts typically 7am–3pm or 11am–8pm.

What you'll be doing

You'll have responsibility for your own section, preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard while working as part of an established kitchen team.

Your day-to-day will include:

Preparing and cooking fresh food

Running your own section during service

Completing mise en place and daily preparation

Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

Keeping your section clean and organised

Working efficiently during busy services

Supporting the wider kitchen team

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie

Or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up

Experience in a busy, fresh-food kitchen

Italian or Mediterranean experience would be a bonus

Good organisation and communication skills

A positive, reliable approach

High standards of cleanliness and food quality

Someone who enjoys cooking and wants to develop their skills
