Chef de Partie – Countryside Hotel

Newton Aycliffe, County Durham

From £13.00 per hour DOE + Service Charge + Paid Overtime

45 hours | Full-time | Permanent

Looking for your next step in the kitchen?

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-established countryside hotel near Newton Aycliffe.

This is a great time to join, with new kitchen leadership and a new Executive Chef bringing fresh ideas and development opportunities to the team.

You'll have the chance to work across restaurant service, weddings, functions, events and hotel dining, so there's plenty of variety and an opportunity to build your experience.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie

Or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up

Good experience with fresh food and ingredients

Comfortable running your own section

Reliable, organised and positive

Good understanding of food hygiene and allergens

Someone who genuinely enjoys cooking and wants to develop

What you'll get
