Bath dog walker, self-employed: Skyline walks, your prices, no rota

Job description

About

Bath has no WoofWalk walker yet. We are looking for three: one in the city centre and Widcombe, one for Oldfield Park and Twerton, one for the Larkhall and Lansdown side.

WoofWalk is a UK app where owners book a nearby walker or sitter. You are self-employed and run your own round. You set your prices and availability, you take the bookings you want, owners book and pay through the app, and the money is paid out to you. We do not employ you, there is no wage and no guaranteed bookings.

Bath prices from public sitter listings: half-hour walks £9 to £20, typically around £12; home visits about £13; home boarding about £39 a night, one of the higher figures in the country. Those are other walkers' prices. Yours are yours.

Royal Victoria Park, Alexandra Park and Sydney Gardens cover the short walks, with the Bath Skyline for a proper hour. The council's dog control order, which runs from July 2026 to 2029, requires leads in some marked areas, so read the signs.

Costs: nothing to join. First 14 days without commission, then 15% of each booking, falling to 10% for life once five clients have joined through you. Like all our walkers you handle your own tax, National Insurance and insurance.

Over 18. Apply through Find a Job and tell us which part of Bath you can walk from.
