About the role:

The role will suit a graduate to recently qualified surveyor looking to develop their career assisting in the management of Powys County Council's Farms Estate comprising let farms, bare land lettings and woodland.

About you:

• Experience of managing rural estate properties

• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and organisations.

• Knowledge of farming systems

What you will do: -Rural estate and property management -Letting of farms and bare land -Sale of surplus property - Arranging farm and Estate building and improvement works -Compensation and utility work
