The Role

As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

• Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes high levels of achievement.

• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively.

• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents.

• Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities and school events.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.

• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.

• Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Be committed to raising pupil attainment and achievement.

• Possess a positive, enthusiastic and collaborative approach.

Salary

Outer London Main Pay Scale: £39,196 - £52,241 per annum (M1-M6)
