The Opportunity

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering engaging lessons that build strong foundations for Upper Key Stage 2 while maintaining high expectations for attainment, behaviour and personal development.

You will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

• Inspire pupils through creative and engaging learning experiences.

• Support children in developing confidence, resilience and independence.

• Use assessment effectively to maximise pupil progress.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice.

• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.

Inner London Main Pay Scale: £41,729 - £54,131 per annum (M1-M6)
