GAS COUNTERBALANCE FLT DRIVER - £13.50 PER HOUR
Astley Bridge, Bolton (BL1)
£13.50 per hour
Extensive Gas Counterbalance FLT experience essential
The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our client in Astley Bridge, Bolton. We're looking for a
highly experienced Gas Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy outdoor production and yard environment.
Your duties will include:
✅ Loading and unloading pallets using a Gas Counterbalance FLT
✅
Driving into bays and manoeuvring in very tight spaces
✅ Working within a busy outdoor yard and production area
✅ Helping with general yard duties when required
✅ Following all health & safety procedures
What we're looking for:
Valid, in-date Gas Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
Extensive hands-on FLT driving experience is essential
You must be confident manoeuvring an FLT in very tight spaces and driving into bays
Physically fit and happy working outdoors
️ Good level of English and basic maths skills
⭐ Reliable with a strong work ethic
Please note: This role requires a
very experienced FLT driver, not simply someone who holds a licence. A
short practical induction/assessment will be completed to ensure you are confident and able to operate safely within the restricted spaces on site.
⏰ Shift pattern:
Training week: Monday-Friday,
07:00-16:00
Following training, rotating weekly shifts:
Week 1: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:30
Week 2: Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:00
Flexibility may be required for earlier starts when needed.
