The Best Connection Group Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our valued client for a

Driver / Portable Toilet Service Operative. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the

delivery, collection and servicing of portable toilet units, including towing trailers to customer and event sites. Previous towing experience is essential, as this forms a significant part of the role. The position also involves physical handball duties, loading and unloading portable toilets from trailers safely and efficiently.

When not completing deliveries and collections, you will support the servicing, cleaning and maintenance of portable toilet units and assist with general yard duties during quieter periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect portable toilet units from customer, construction and event sites
• Tow trailers safely and confidently as part of daily operations
• Load and unload portable toilets from trailers, involving regular manual handling and physical handball duties
• Service, clean and sanitise portable toilet units to a high standard
• Replenish consumables, water and other required supplies
• Complete scheduled collections, deliveries and servicing tasks efficiently
• Assist with yard duties, unit preparation and general housekeeping during quieter periods
• Follow all company health & safety procedures and standards
• Provide a professional and friendly service when dealing with customers

What We're Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 penalty points preferred)

Previous towing experience is essential

• Physically fit and able to carry out regular manual handling duties
• Comfortable loading and unloading portable toilet units from trailers
• Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable carrying out hands-on and sometimes dirty work
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

Flexible to work weekends when required to support events throughout the year

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Experience within service, delivery, construction or outdoor operational environments is advantageous
