Our Valued client in Chapel-en-le-Frith is looking for production operatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop new skills, gain experience and build a long-term career with a successful business. You will move onto a rotating shift pattern once fully trained.
Shift pattern & pay
During training - day shift
Monday to Thursday 7am-4.30pm (£13.07 per hour)
Once fully trained - rotating shifts
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 7am-4.30pm (£13.07 per hour)
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 4.30pm-1.30am (£13.07 + 33% shift bonus)
Your role

Setting up and operating production machinery
·
Carrying out tool changes and changeovers for different production runs
·
Monitoring machine performance
·
Completing production records
·
Carrying out quality control checks
·
Keeping work area clean, safe and tidy
·
Working towards production targets
·
Working collaboratively with a supportive team
