What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily running of the Room

• Oversee care routines including

• Plan and implement activities aligned with EYFS

• Monitor observations and early development milestones

• Supervise and support practitioners within the room

• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and ratio compliance

• Build professional relationships with parents regarding routines and progress
