Level 3 Room Leader

Up to £31,200 per annum | 40 Hours per Week

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Room Leader to join a our client’s nursery that is committed to providing exceptional care and early years education.

The nursery has earned a Good Ofsted rating and offers a bright, welcoming environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and develop confidence through play. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

• Plan and implement engaging learning experiences

• Support children's learning, development, and school readiness

• Mentor and support colleagues within the room

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and professionals

• Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records

• Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and nursery standards are consistently maintained
