Veterinary Surgeon – Liverpool

Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOE

37.5 hours per week | 1 in 4 weekends

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with at least three years' experience to join a purpose-built, well-equipped practice with a passionate and collaborative team.

Whether the successful candidate is a confident all-round GP vet or has ambitions to develop a special interest in medicine or ophthalmology, this is a practice where clinical development is actively encouraged and individual ambitions are supported.

The Opportunity

The successful Veterinary Surgeon will deliver high-quality general practice care, managing a varied caseload of consultations, preventative healthcare, medical investigations and the treatment of sick and injured pets.

Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, they will have the opportunity to develop their clinical interests, contribute to the continued growth of the practice and provide compassionate care to pets and their owners.

The practice has a broad range of clinical interests, with several team members currently undertaking further qualifications and certificates.

There is also the opportunity to develop a particular interest in

ophthalmology or medicine, with certificate support available for those keen to pursue further qualifications. However, this is not essential.
