An extremely rare and exciting opportunity has risen at LNW's Northwick park Hospital for the role of Service Manager Outpatients, although sometimes required to cover other sites within the Trust.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone experienced within Outpatients to step-sideways or step-up, or for anyone looking for a challenging role in Outpatients at a large and busy acute provider site like Northwick park.
The Service Manager is responsible for the delivery of high quality and efficient operational services supporting patient care. The post holder will provide operational management support to the General Manager and Clinical Service Leads
The post holder will work closely with the General Manager of Outpatients and other Operational managers and Clinical teams to help ensure service performance against financial and activity targets are met.
The Service Manager will support the development and delivery of service strategy and ensure appropriate risk management processes are in place and followed to deliver safe, high-quality services.
