💰 £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary | OTE £70,000+ Uncapped

Are you an experienced IVA or Debt Solutions Advisor looking for a company that genuinely rewards your performance?

We’re expanding our Manchester City Centre office and are looking for ambitious, customer-focused advisors who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and want to maximise their earnings.

If you’re motivated by helping people regain control of their finances whilst earning exceptional commission, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Speaking with customers who have enquired about debt solutions

• Understanding each customer’s financial situation

• Recommending suitable debt solutions in line with FCA regulations

• Managing your own pipeline from enquiry through to completion

• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the journey

• Working towards achievable sales and quality targets

What we’re looking for

✔ Previous IVA or Debt Solutions experience (essential)

✔ Excellent communication and objection handling skills

✔ A consultative sales approach

✔ Driven, target-focused and ambitious

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

✔ Passion for helping customers find the right financial solution
