Plasterer
Location: Sandwell and surrounding areas
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Benefits: Company van and fuel card
We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Plasterer to join a well-established organisation on a permanent basis. The role will involve completing reactive repairs and maintenance work across Sandwell and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out a range of plastering repairs and maintenance work
- Completing reactive repairs to a high standard
- Working professionally within occupied properties
- Providing a reliable and customer-focused service
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Time-served Plasterer with relevant trade experience
- Social housing, reactive repairs and maintenance experience would be ideal
- NVQ in Plastering or a valid CSCS card would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Full UK driving licence with no more than six points
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently
