Labourer - Social Housing Bathroom Refurbishment Project
Location: Gateshead
Duration: Ongoing Contract
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join a busy social housing bathroom refurbishment project. This role involves working within occupied, supporting bathroom installation teams and carrying out general site labouring duties.
Duties will include:
- Stripping out and removing existing bathrooms, including baths, showers etc.
- Removing waste materials and keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Assisting tradespeople with bathroom installation works
- Loading and unloading materials and deliveries
- General labouring duties as required
- Ensuring site health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Essential Requirements:
- Valid
- Previous labouring experience, ideally within social housing or refurbishment projects
- Reliable, hard-working and safety conscious
CSCS Card
Manual Handling Certificate
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Working at Heights Certificate
Face Fit Certificate
