Futureworks delivers skills, training and employability programmes across Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion, helping people gain the confidence, qualifications and skills needed for employment and further learning.

We are seeking a motivated Training Adviser to deliver and assess Level 1 and 2 vocational qualifications within our Jobs Growth Wales+ programme. Subject areas may include Customer Service, Retail, Health & Social Care, IT and Employability Skills.

Working primarily with young people aged 16-19 (16-24 from April 2027), you will deliver engaging learning, assess learners in classroom and workplace settings, support work placements and help learners develop the skills and behaviours employers value.

You will work peripatetically across Pembrokeshire and south Ceredigion.
