Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly practice in

Torquay, Devon, combining hands-on clinical work with the opportunity to lead, support and inspire a veterinary team.

Whether already working in a leadership position or an experienced

Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next step, this role offers the autonomy and support to develop leadership skills and shape the future of the practice.

The Opportunity

The Lead Veterinary Surgeon will play a key role in delivering outstanding

clinical care, supporting colleagues and helping the practice continue to grow and thrive.

The role combines

consultations, surgery, clinical decision-making and client communication with leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will help maintain high clinical and operational standards, develop colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative practice culture.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced

MRCVS with strong clinical skills, excellent client care and a genuine interest in developing and supporting others.

Leadership experience is welcomed, but vets ready to take their first step into a leadership role will also be considered.
