Handyperson Required - Farnham - Immediate Start

Handyperson Needed | Farnham | £23 per Hour | Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced handy person to join a project based in Farnham, starting ASAP.

This role is based on a care home refurbishment/maintenance project, carrying out a variety of general handyperson duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent work with the potential for a long-term placement.

Job Details:

• Location: Farnham
• Start Date: Immediate
• Rate: £23 per hour
• Hours: 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday
• Duration: Initial 3-month contract with the likelihood of extension
• Project: Care home environment

Duties Will Include:

• General maintenance and repairs
• Basic carpentry and snagging work
• Making good and finishing tasks
• Assisting site management with day-to-day maintenance requirements
• Keeping work areas safe and tidy

Requirements:

• Previous handyperson experience
• Own tools and PPE
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check before starting

What We Offer:

• Competitive rate of £23 per hour
• 45 hours paid per week
• Ongoing work with the possibility of extension beyond the initial term
