Your new company

Our client is delivering a large-scale digital transformation programme within the UK public sector, supporting a critical customs platform responsible for processing goods entering and leaving the UK. The programme operates within a complex systems integration environment, combining bespoke applications and commercial off-the-shelf solutions.

Your new role

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in the testing and enhancement of a business-critical customs application. Working within a complex service-oriented architecture and hybrid cloud environment, you will focus on performance testing activities to ensure application reliability, scalability, and quality across the platform.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter.
• Knowledge of Java and Cucumber.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to AWS tools and cloud-based environments.
• Ability to work within complex systems integration programmes.
