About

Mae TRAC Conwy yn chwilio am aelodau tîm brwdfrydig i weithio gyda phobl ifanc 11-16 oed mewn lleoliad ysgol. Bydd y rôl yn rhan o brosiect Cronfa Gymdeithasol Ffyniant a Rennir, TRAC. Mae'r prosiect hwn yn canolbwyntio ar bobl ifanc sydd mewn perygl o fod yn NEET (Ddim mewn Addysg, Hyfforddiant na Chyflogaeth).

Byddwch yn gweithio'n agos gyda dysgwyr sydd wedi'u nodi fel rhai sydd angen cymorth ac ymyrraeth ychwanegol yn ymwneud â'u hanghenion iechyd, cymdeithasol, ymddygiadol ac emosiynol. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys gweithio gyda chydweithwyr ac asiantaethau partner i ysbrydoli, cefnogi ac annog pobl ifanc i gyrraedd eu llawn botensial a chynyddu eu cyfleoedd o addysg bellach a chyflogaeth ôl-16.

Wedi'ch lleoli mewn ysgol uwchradd yng Nghonwy, byddwch yn ymuno â thîm sefydledig sy'n gweithio gyda'i gilydd mewn ysgolion uwchradd ar draws sir Conwy. Efallai y bydd gofyn i chi weithio mewn lleoliadau eraill lle mae'r angen yn codi.

Gyda chymwysterau proffesiynol perthnasol a dealltwriaeth fanwl o ddiogelu plant bydd gennych brofiad uniongyrchol o weithio gyda phobl ifanc 11-16 oed, y gallu i weithio'n effeithiol gydag asiantaethau partner ac ymrwymiad i ragoriaeth. Rydym yn cynnig y cyfle ar gyfer hyfforddiant a datblygiad o fewn eich rôl.

Gan fod Gonwy yn ardal gwledig mawr, mae'r gallu i deithio yn hanfodol.

TRAC Conwy are looking for enthusiastic team members to work with young people aged 11-16 in a school setting. The role will be part of the Shared Prosperity Social Fund project, TRAC. This project focusses on young people at risk of being NEET (Not in Education, Training or Employment).

You will work closely with learners who have been identified as needing additional support and intervention concerning their health, social, behavioural and emotional needs. This will include working with colleagues and partner agencies to inspire, support and encourage young people to reach their full potential and increase their chances of further education and employment post 16.

Based in a secondary school within Conwy, you will join an established team who together work in high schools across Conwy county. You may be required to work in other settings where the need arises.

With relevant professional qualifications and an in depth understanding of child safeguarding you will have direct experience of working with young people aged 11-16, the ability to work effectively with partner agencies and a commitment to excellence. We offer the opportunity for training and development within your role.

As Conwy has large rural areas, the ability to travel is essential.
