Salary: £14.25 - £16.25 per day

Are you a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for a new opportunity in Stockport?

Do you have experience supporting young children within an Early Years setting?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a nursery in Stockport that is looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner to join their team. The setting provides a welcoming and supportive environment where children are encouraged to learn, develop and build their confidence through engaging age-appropriate activities.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children throughout their daily routines, assist with activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS and help provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

• Experience working with children within a nursery or Early Years setting

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS

• A good understanding of safeguarding and child development

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach

• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck in
