Part-Time Production Operative - Healthcare Packaging
Tipton
Flexible Hours | Monday to Friday | Occasional Weekend Work Available

We are currently recruiting for a healthcare company based in Tipton that specialises in preparing healthcare kits for clients.

This role involves working with small packaging boxes, so excellent attention to detail and care are essential. You will be responsible for folding boxes into shape and inserting sponge material inside to complete each kit to a high standard.

Duties Include:

• Folding and assembling small healthcare boxes
• Inserting sponge materials into packaging
• Carrying out repetitive, delicate production work
• Ensuring all products meet quality standards
• Keeping the work area clean and organised

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience making boxes or working in a similar production/manufacturing environment
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks with precision
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and flexible with working hours
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Shift Information:

Shift patterns can vary depending on customer orders, so flexibility is required.

Typical working hours are:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Occasional weekend work available

This role can offer part-time to full-time hours depending on workload and customer demand.

• No safety boots required
• Smart, comfortable clothing must be worn
• Hi-vis vest required
• Hair nets will be provided onsite
