End of Contract Operations Advisor12-month contract (Initially)

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office/ 2 days from home

About the role

We're looking for an End of Contract Operations Advisor to join our Customer Operations team.You'll support customers reaching the end of their vehicle finance agreement, helping them understand their options, coordinating vehicle returns and resolving outstanding cases. You'll work closely with retailers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience and fair outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Contact customers approaching the end of their finance agreement and explain their available options.
• Manage vehicle return cases through phone, email and other communication channels.
• Take ownership of delayed or outstanding vehicle returns through to resolution.
• Process end-of-contract activities, including vehicle returns, purchases, transfers and applicable charges.
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and documentation records.
• Respond to queries from customers, retailers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns and complaints within required timescales.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and meet operational targets.

What we're looking for

You'll be customer-focused, organised and confident, taking ownership of cases from start to finish.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in customer service, operations or case management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Confidence managing multiple cases and priorities.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Experience in financial services, automotive operations or vehicle returns is desirable but not essential.
