Void Property Clearance Operative (Multi-trader/Labourer)

Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real difference in your local community? We are currently seeking two motivated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Void Property Clearance Operatives. In this role, you will support the local council by preparing properties for new tenants, ensuring they are clean, clear, and ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities:

• Clear void properties by removing all unwanted belongings, furniture, and debris left behind.
• Perform general multi-trade tasks to ensure the property is in good condition for the next resident.
• Operate a company-provided van to travel between various property locations.
• Load and transport heavy items safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring properties are cleared thoroughly and promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working on-site.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Physical fitness is essential, as the role requires lifting and carrying heavy items regularly.
• A reliable and hardworking attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in labouring or multi-trade roles is an asset.
• Commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of council properties.

What we offer:

• A consistent, full-time schedule of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Location & Salary:

Location: New Forest

Salary: £28,000
