ROOM LEADER
Elstree / Borehamwood
Salary: £30,000+ per annum, negotiable depending on experience

The role:
• Lead the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring high standards of care and education
• Plan engaging activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Support, motivate and guide your team to deliver outstanding practice
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety
• Monitor children’s progress and ensure their individual needs are met
What we’re looking for:
• A recognised Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above
• Experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• A genuine passion for early years education and helping children thrive
