We are seeking Support workers to join our brand-new Supported Living Service in Crewe.

Located in the heart of Crewe, Stanley House provides high-quality specialist supported living services for twelve adults aged 18 and over.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting Adults 18+ with moderate needs and a learning disability / mental health/autism need/physical health need.

Encourage and support activities in the service and out in the community.

Develop personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.

Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support.

Stanley House offers: 10 self-contained flats and 2 adapted bungalows, with accessible environments designed to meet a variety of support needs.

Flexible shifts are on a rota basis to include days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, sleep nights and waking nights
