We are looking for a Female Support worker to join our Service in Llandudno.

What you’ll be doing:

The people we support have learning disabilities; it's challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference. This isn’t just any role; this is a role that greatly impacts the lives of the people we support. Can you commit?

You'll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.

Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.

Personal care

Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.

This is within a busy, vibrant residential service.

Who you are:

Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.

Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.

Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure

Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities

Must be flexible as shifts can be weekends and will include sleeps
