About the Role

We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our team in Petersfield, with guaranteed hours of 40–45 hours per week. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing restaurant that proudly produces quality Sushi each day, with a special emphasis on people, on the fulfilment of our employees and on their development.

What You'll Do

-Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift

-Accurately label products, ensuring lawful compliance with food safety and allergen regulations each shift

-Be a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment

-Clean the workspace and storerooms as required

-Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves

-Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
