This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, patient and enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs. You will be working with pupils at an Early Years developmental level, delivering engaging and highly differentiated learning that focuses on each child's individual needs and progress.The Role

As the EY SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, accessible lessons appropriate to pupils working at an Early Years level
• Adapt teaching to meet a range of individual SEND needs
• Create a positive, nurturing and structured classroom environment
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other professionals to provide effective support
• Monitor individual progress and contribute to personalised learning plans and targets
• Support pupils' communication, social interaction, independence and emotional development
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and the wider school team

What We're Looking For

We would love to hear from teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience within EYFS, SEN or specialist education
• Have a good understanding of differentiated and child-centred learning
• Are patient, resilient and able to build strong relationships with children
• Are confident working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other professionals
• Have a genuine passion for helping children with additional needs achieve their potential

Previous experience within a specialist SEN setting would be beneficial, but we are also keen to hear from EYFS or Primary teachers looking to move into SEN education.
