Your New Role

As a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering transfer pricing solutions from initial scope through to completion. You'll build trusted client relationships, drive business development initiatives, and support the growth of the regional transfer pricing offering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing transfer pricing engagements, documentation, and benchmarking projects
• Developing and maintaining senior client relationships
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Collaborating with wider tax and advisory teams
• Presenting at client events and industry forums
• Coaching and developing junior team members
• Supporting regional growth and proposition development

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years' transfer pricing experience within practice, ideally Top 20
• CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification (or qualified by experience)
• Strong technical transfer pricing knowledge
• Experience managing client portfolios and delivering profitable projects
• Business development experience and strong stakeholder management skills
• Proven people management and mentoring experience
