Location: Woking, Surrey

Salary: £100 to £130 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Long-term, full-time

Start: ASAP

Do you want work that actually matters? We’re recruiting a SEND teaching assistant for a long-term placement at a school in Woking. This is a role where you genuinely change how young people experience learning.

You’ll support pupils with SEND on a one-to-one or small group basis. You’ll help them access lessons, build confidence, develop strategies that work, and discover what they’re capable of. You’ll see the difference you make every single day.

What you’ll do:

Provide one-to-one and small group SEND support

Help pupils access whole class learning

Support behaviour and self-regulation in practical ways

Help manage transitions and anxiety

Build genuine relationships with pupils

Work alongside teachers and SEND coordinators

Contribute to pupil wellbeing and progress
