Location: Addlestone, Surrey

Salary: £100 to £130 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Long-term, full-time

Start: ASAP

Ready to do work that genuinely matters? We’re recruiting a SEND teaching assistant for a long-term placement at a school in Addlestone. You’ll work one-to-one or in small groups supporting pupils with SEND - helping them access learning, build confidence, and succeed in a mainstream environment.

This is hands-on, relationship-based work. You’ll get to know pupils, understand how they learn best, and develop strategies that work. You’ll be part of a team that truly values SEND support and understands its importance.

What you’ll do:

One-to-one and small group SEND support

Help pupils access whole class learning

Support behaviour and self-regulation

Manage transitions and build emotional resilience

Develop independence and coping strategies

Work collaboratively with teachers and SEND teams

Support pupil wellbeing and progress
