As a 111 Dental Nurse Advisor you will: Assess and triage dental patients using NHS Pathways, providing safe and appropriate advice. Provide clear, compassionate support and signpost patients to the right dental or healthcare services. Handle NHS 111 calls efficiently, accurately recording patient information and escalating concerns appropriately. Work safely and professionally, maintaining GDC standards, confidentiality, safeguarding and clinical governance requirements.
