About

Main duties and responsibilities Request information / activity reports that are required on behalf of the Service Manager, Team Leaders including data timeliness, data quality, waiting times, wait lists, management reports etc. Provide a central point of contact to respond to/resolve any queries on behalf of Service Manager, and Team Leaders where appropriate in relation to all Key Performance Indicators. Contribute to a robust and strong cohesive framework from the established BSO network, providing support to colleagues to ensure consistency and equity of provision across Services/Teams as required. Responsible for liaising with Corporate / Support Services to obtain data / performance reports e.g. activity reports, workforce and training data, financial information. Provide regular monthly Service/Team updates as required to Service Manager and Team Leaders. Attend internal and external meetings relevant to post, taking minutes and distributing using appropriate systems, arranging a variety of meetings and sourcing agenda items, as directed by the Service Manager and Operational Team Leader. To be available for regular supervision by Team Leaders Support and participate in the Business Meetings held on a monthly basis within the clinical teams. Be accessible wherever possible at all times within core working hours. Requirement to travel between Trust sites across a wide geographical area within Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent. Ability to use a range of software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and a range of office equipment including multi-function device for photocopying, printing, scanning etc
