About

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our established, franchise-approved motorcycle dealership in Bridgend, South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive customer service professional or Vehicle Technician looking to move into an office-based role.

Working as a Service Advisor, you will support our Service Manager, service reception team and workshop, ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Benefits:

- £29,000–£33,000 basic salary per annum, dependent on experience

- Five-day working week with Sundays and Mondays off

Duties:

- Greet customers and book motorcycles into the Service Department

- Advise customers on repair requirements and minor technical issues

- Liaise closely with the workshop and monitor work in progress

- Plan and maintain an efficient workshop diary

- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

- Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services

- Process payments for completed work

- Deliver high standards of customer service while achieving company targets

Requirements:

- Proven customer service experience, ideally within an automotive, motorcycle or dealership environment

- A genuine passion for motorcycles and two-wheeled vehicles

- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills

- Confidence advising customers and achieving commercial targets

- A professional, collaborative approach to working within a busy team

- Vehicle Technicians seeking a move away from workshop-based work are encouraged to apply

- A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is desirable but not essential
