Hays are currently partnered with one of the UK's largest Government organisations - supporting them with the recruitment of an experienced Change Manager to join them and help on an important Technology enablement project in the ERP space.

Our client requires a change manager who has worked on ERP projects previously, to help them by looking at the impacts and changes from the transformation. This role will involve dealing with multiple SME's, creating Change Impact Assessments and sharing the local and wider impacts of the Technology changes by conducting workshops and validation sessions.

The contract on offer is going to be for 6 months with likely extensions

This will be a hybrid working role - mainly working remotely with the requirement to go to one of the UK sites on occasion when required

Your new role

To deliver change management, engagement and communication activities for the Transformation Programme. This involves working across the programme with functional leads in Group Corporate Services, along with the central programme as well as with colleagues in the Core Department

We are looking for experienced Business Change Manager to lead and deliver business change activity across the programme, with a particular focus on Change Impact Assessment (CIA), Business Readiness, and the translation of design decisions into actionable change activity.

The successful candidate will provide visible leadership and professional expertise while working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to understand, assess and manage the organisational impacts of the new ERP service.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience of leading others through change, influencing culture and behaviours, leading communications and engagement, and implementing business change solutions is required. Good knowledge of change methodologies and the ability to demonstrate their practical application is essential.

Experience of Change Impact Assessment, including identifying, analysing, validating and prioritising impacts and translating these into appropriate change actions, is highly desirable.

Experience of delivering end-to-end Business Change across large, complex ERP transformation programmes, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP S/4HANA is desirable.This is a complex programme environment, so strong leadership skills are needed to lead credible action, promote collaboration, influence stakeholders, resolve conflict and inspire others.
