PPA Teacher

The role:

• Providing PPA cover across the school
• Teaching a range of year groups and delivering engaging lessons
• Undertaking some planning responsibilities, particularly for Year 6
• Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour
• Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Be confident teaching across multiple primary year groups
• Have experience planning and delivering lessons, particularly within Upper KS2
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be adaptable, organised, and enthusiastic
• Be committed to helping all pupils achieve their full potential
