About

Saddleworth Medical Practice serves approximately 14,000 patients across our Uppermill and Delph sites, in a semi-rural area of Oldham. Our multidisciplinary team includes GP partners, salaried GPs, nursing and pharmacy colleagues, healthcare assistants and an experienced administrative team. We are a training practice and part of the Greater Manchester Unified Learning Environment. We value shared learning and support the development of colleagues at different stages of their careers. The practice is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission, has a strong record of QOF achievement and is an active member of Oldham East Primary Care Network. We use EMIS Web, Docman and Accurx. Our access model uses clinical triage to help patients receive appropriate care from the right member of the team.
