Key Responsibilities:
Treatment Delivery: Provide a flawless range of luxury treatments to an excellent standard, including deep tissue/holistic massage, advanced facials, precision waxing, brow shaping, and high-quality manicures/pedicures.
Column Management: Efficiently manage and run a busy daily column, ensuring smooth transitions between appointments and maintaining strict punctuality.
Client Consultation & Care: Confidently welcome clients, conduct thorough consultations, tailor treatments to individual needs, and provide expert aftercare advice.
Product & Retail Awareness: Recommend suitable home-care products and follow-up treatments to enhance the client's wellness journey.
Spa Excellence: Maintain pristine treatment rooms, adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, and contribute to the overall serene atmosphere of the spa.
