What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to provide information, advice and services to customers. Contract is for approx. 2 months in Macclesfield, SK10 1EA.

Customer Services Advisor

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours

Contract length:2 months

Location:  Macclesfield, SK10 1EA

Presume Office-based

Key requirements:

Strong customer service skills

Experience of working as a Customer Services Advisor, ideally within a local authority team or large public sector organisation

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues

Ability to use information technology including a CRM system efficiently and effectively, MS office applications, call centre technology and the internet

Key responsibilities

Provide information, advice and services to customers

Use information technology including a CRM system efficiently and effectively, MS office applications, call centre technology and the internet

Provide information, advice on services of the council, external agencies and organisations

Take responsibility for resolving queries

Completion of forms on behalf of customers and advise on eligibility for a range of services

Work as part of the Customer Services Team to provide a cohesive service to the customer
