Job Title:         Grill Chef

Our client operates a stunning British restaurant in central Canary Wharf. The ground floor restaurant seats up to 250 covers per service and is renowned for its exceptional British cuisine, complemented by both an impressive à la carte offering and a seasonal set menu. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a modern lounge atmosphere, featuring expertly crafted cocktails, live entertainment, and vibrant late-night experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-volume venue that combines outstanding food, exceptional service, and an energetic guest experience.

Grill Chef benefits:

• £16 per hour – this can be reviewed after probation

• 40-48 hours per week

• Strong management team and structure in place

• 50% off when dining for up to 4 covers.

• Surplus tronc added monthly

• Wages are paid every 2 weeks!

Grill Chef requirements:

• A skilled Grill Chef with the confidence and expertise to manage a busy, high-volume grill section within a professional kitchen.

• Proven experience working with premium cuts of meat and fresh fish, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• We are seeking a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing high volumes while consistently maintaining exceptional food quality and service standards.

• A passion for delivering outstanding dishes, coupled with a commitment to upholding the highest culinary standards.
