Salary: £25,431-£29,831 per annum

Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for two Customer Support Officers to join SUEZ's busy Customer Contact Centre team in Exeter.

This is a varied position combining customer service, administration and back-office support. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You'll also support the wider team with administrative tasks, invoice processing and maintaining accurate customer information.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Provide friendly and helpful customer service.

Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries.

Process and handle supplier invoices.

Update and maintain accurate customer records.

Carry out data entry, data cleansing and administrative tasks.

Process customer requests and ensure information is correctly recorded on internal systems.

Support the wider team with back-office activities.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer and supplier queries.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Confidence using computers and entering data.

Ability to manage both customer-facing and administrative tasks.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, administration, invoice processing or data entry would be beneficial but

is not essential.

Salary of £25,431-£29,831 per annum.
