More about the role:

As a Team Leader, you'll be the friendly face that motivates and supports your team to deliver amazing experiences for every guest that walks through our doors. You'll lead from the front-whether that's greeting customers, or coordinating your team.

You'll inspire your team by creating a positive, engaging environment and helping them grow in their roles. You'll keep everyone in the loop, share new ideas, and support the development of our fantastic team members. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and knows how to bring the best out in others.

What your day to day will look like:

Leading Operations

• Coordinate rotas and staff cover.
• Support training and team development.
• Handle customer queries.
• Communication across departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain checks/logs and report key issues
• Conduct daily safety and water quality checks.
• Lead staff briefings and lifeguard rotations.
• Respond to incidents and customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Help maintain cleanliness, customer service, and staff coverage.
