We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support marketing planning, budget management, campaign delivery, and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced business environment.

About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing activities. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders, you will help ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, budgets are managed accurately, and marketing performance is tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support marketing budget planning, forecasting, and spend tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
• Manage campaign timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
• Analyse marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and marketing documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments, agencies, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Support the creation and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilise marketing systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools to support campaign delivery.

What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience

• Experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, Campaign Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience supporting marketing budgets, campaign planning, and performance reporting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting analysis.
• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or ERP systems.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity contributes to business performance.

Desirable

• Experience working across multiple brands, products, or regions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics.
• Exposure to marketing planning tools and customer data platforms.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Relevant marketing qualification or professional certification.
