Early Years Practitioners – Daily supply, starting as soon as possible These flexible opportunities are ideal for Early Years Practitioners who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be working on a daily supply basis in Tower Hamlets and the surrounding areas, supporting nurseries and early years provisions as needed.Duties as Early Years Practitioner:
Support children’s learning and development through play and structured activities
Follow EYFS framework and contribute to planning and observations
Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Work collaboratively with staff to meet individual needs
Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding procedures
Adapt to different settings and routines with confidence and professionalism
Ideal Early Years Practitioner:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
Experience working with children aged 0–5 in nursery or early years settings
Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, flexible, and confident working across multiple schools
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
