Machine Operator - Food Manufacturing

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Day shift - 7 am till finish

We are currently recruiting

Machine Operators to join a busy

food manufacturing/production site. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on production experience who take pride in quality and working safely as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet output and quality targets
• Setting up machines and carrying out basic adjustments/changeovers (where required)
• Completing quality checks and ensuring products meet site standards
• Recording production information accurately (counts, checks, downtime, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area in line with food safety standards
• Following all

health & safety procedures and reporting any faults/issues promptly

What We're Looking For

For this position, we are looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience in a

manufacturing or food production environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to

quality standards

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work the required shift pattern (

4 on / 4 off)

• Understanding of

health and safety procedures
