We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Production Operative to join a well-established company in Portsmouth.

The company is a supply chain, logistics and manufacturing partner that supports organisations across a range of sectors, including automotive, rail, healthcare and general industrial.

This role is ideal for reliable, hands‑on individuals who are comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment. Full training is provided, and no previous production experience is required, although it is beneficial.

Pay: £12.91 per hour (weekly pay)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00

Production Operative - Key responsibilities

• Operate moulding machines safely to work instructions/SOPs.
• Monitor output and quality; meet production targets and cycle times.
• Book all parts accurately into the system (traceability).
• Report faults, downtime and quality issues promptly to the Setting Team.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping, quality standards and correct PPE compliance.
• Complete stock checks as required.
• Travel between two of our clients sites as required.
• Undertake other tasks as directed by the Moulding Manager/Setting Supervisor.

Production Operative - Requirements
