Machine Operative - Manufacturer (Cardiff)
£17.90 per hour | Weekday-only shift pattern | Immediate Start
Location: Cardiff
Shift Pattern (12-hour shifts - Monday to Friday only)
Week 1: Wed, Thurs, Fri -
6am-6pm (Days)
Week 2: Mon, Tue -
6am-6pm (Days) | Wed off | Thurs, Fri -
6pm-6am (Nights)
Week 3: Mon, Tue, Wed -
6pm-6am (Nights)
About the Role
We're recruiting
Machine Operatives for a well-known
beverage manufacturing and production site in Cardiff. This is a
hands-on, fast-paced role with
immediate starts and a consistent
weekday-only shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading materials and monitoring machine performance
- Carrying out basic checks/adjustments to keep production running smoothly
- Completing quality checks and recording key information accurately
- Following site
- Supporting with packing/line duties where required
health & safety, food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine operating/manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working a mix of
- Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Strong timekeeping and commitment to safe working practices
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
days and nights as per the rota (weekdays only)
