The Opportunity

As a KS2 Supply Teacher, you'll work across a variety of primary schools, supporting pupils in both Lower and Upper Key Stage 2. You'll step confidently into classrooms, deliver engaging lessons and ensure pupils remain motivated, supported and progressing in their learning.From day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, you'll have the opportunity to experience different school settings, broaden your classroom experience and build valuable relationships with schools across Broadstairs and the surrounding area.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or currently working towards it

• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A flexible, positive and professional approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
